How much is a membership?

We offer 3 types of memberships

  • Silver- The silver Membership is a no lease Month to Month usage of the studio for $200.  Its includes the use use of a Novatron 3 strobe setup and a guarantee of five 3hr times slots a month. If  you need additional time blocks after your 5 for the month. They are available for $50 per 3hr time slot.  If  a member wants to secure a second 3hr  consecutive time slot it will cost an additional $50 per 3hr time slot.
  • Gold-The Gold Membership is a 6month  lease with a recurring paypal subscription for $150 a month.  Its includes the use use of a Novatron 3 strobe setup and a guarantee of five 3hr times slots a month. If  you need additional time blocks after your 5 for the month. They are available for $50 per 3hr time slot.  If  a member wants to secure a second 3hr  consecutive time slot it will cost an additional $50 per 3hr time slot. A key is given to Gold  Members.
  • Platinum-The Platinum Membership is a 1yr  lease with a recurring paypal subscription for $100 a month.  Its includes the use use of a Novatron 3 strobe setup and a guarantee of five 3hr times slots a month. If  you need additional time blocks after your 5 for the month. They are available for $50 per 3hr time slot.  If  a member wants to secure a second 3hr  consecutive time slot it will cost an additional $50 per 3hr time slot. A key is given to Platinum  Members.

What are the Rules and Conduct for the studio?

  • You are not allowed to use the studio uless you book your shoot through the calendar manager on this site. No unexpected visits.
  • No Alcohol or Drugs or smoking is allowed in studio at anytime.

  • Let us know if the big cyc wall needs to be painted.

  • Members are allowed to paint raised cyc wall different colors. Tenants are responsible for supplying their own paint and rollers/brushes. Members must tell us ahead of time when you are going to paint it.

  • Respect the gear& studio. Don’t mistreat it or drag couch’s  or props around, pick them up to move them otherwise it scratches the floor.

  • If you break it, let us know. (see lease agreement)

  • No splitting rent between photographers.

  • You must supply your own computer.

  • Straighten up when done. Sweep and empty the garbage if need be.

  • Respect the other tenant’s schedules. Dont run over your time block.
  • Nobody is allowed in the studio after hrs ( there will be a Surveillance camera and you will be banned form the studio)
  • Make sure you lock the door and shut off  all lights the ac when you leave.

  • Most of all………..HAVE FUN!

Will there a max limit of photographers that you will offer this service to?

If it got to 30 members id expand it to next door an open up a 150 additional  3hr slots . I dont for see it being a problem for myself or any members. You can purchase an additional 3hr block for $50. At the rate I’m offering its less that $7hr for 15hrs of studio time you wont find that anywhere . I figure if a photographer cant make money out of this place at this rate they should quit photography because they will never make it in this biz. I want people to profit out this space, so I set it up for success.

What if I need to do a shoot that is more than 3hrs?

Each member is allowed only five 3hr time slots per month to be used as pleased, if you need additional time blocks they are available for a additional $50 per 3hr time block. The $50 charge is over and above your monthly membership.

What if I just want to do one 6hr shoot a month, can i do this for the monthly membership fee?

The answer is Yes.  It will count as 2 time slots.

Can I bring my own stuff (lights, equipt, props)  and leave it in the Studio?

That is totally up to you , we will not be responsible for any thing left at the studio.
